This construction is of pure concrete blocks. There is no cheap dry wall structure used anywhere. The roofing consists of partly flat cement style, partly wooden beams and rafters with wood panelling and metal on top which will be covered by med-style clay tiles to resemble the roof of the guest house (see picture below). Cellings on the first floor could be covered either with wood panels or with cana brava, a type of decorative cane.

Thick wooden beams contribute to a rustic appearance.
The main house offers a master bedroom with walk-in closet, a large bath, and roof-terrace, 2 further bedrooms each with its own bathroom , a living-room, a dining-room, kitchen, guest toilet, laundry room, utility room and an additional studio appartment with separate entrance.

All around the house you have spacious terraces and balconies on various levels plus an infinity pool.
The grey structure of the main house is finished. Details are still missing like overall painting work, tiles, kitchen and bathroom finishing and appliances as well as finishing pool and terraces.  All the finishing is included in the price and would be done according to any buyer’s specific taste and requests.
Below you can see the place designated for the helipad.

Two rooms in the house were already outfitted with doors, windows and tiles to allude to the overall style of the place.
These doors and windows are custom-made of solid wood.

The tiles are rustic looking Spanish tiles which match the overall style of the house.

The plaster resembles the adobe style of the southwest US which adds to the antique-rustic touch to the house.

Part of the roof terrace is sunken. Here a large yacuzzi will be installed. The buyer can decide about the outline and the finishing.

All around the house plant containers made with natural stone accentuate the rustic mediterranean style with different kinds of stones used as a contrasting element. To supplement the colonial/med flair greens and flowering plants are a very important component.
Staircase and master bath in both towers have natural roof illumination permitting plants to grow inside as well. Regarding the finishing of the bathrooms and the kitchen the buyer can decide about the style of tiles and appliances.
All throughout the house we installed electric connections for wall lamps.  We will ask artists to produce handmade  earthen ware wall lamps which we will design especially for this house. We already installed something similar in the guest house (see picture below).
This soft indirect illumination will give a very elegant touch to the house.
Here you can see the kitchen with dining room in the back.
The living-room. On the left is entrance to the kitchen.
Here you can see the staircase with guest toilet at left, laundry room at right behind the stairs and 1 bedroom in the back.
Beneath the roof terrace over the dining-room windows small Mediterranean  style roofs with clay tiles will be installed
Same applies to the main entrance of the house.
